For 30 years, Path has been at the heart of tackling homelessness in Plymouth. We help people find a home, move forward, and regain control of their lives. The journey can be tough, but we walk alongside, supporting people every step of the way. We believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home—and we work quickly, flexibly, and with care to make that happen.
What We Do
Rough Sleeping Support
We’re out on the streets every day, helping people move off the streets and into safety. We offer housing, health links, and long-term support—including Housing First placements.
Homelessness Prevention
We help people at risk of losing their home—offering expert advice on benefits, housing options, tenancy sustainment, and landlord mediation.
Temporary Housing
We provide short-term accommodation for individuals and families, with dedicated housing workers helping people move on to settled homes.
Settled Accommodation
We manage our own homes and run the Easylet scheme—partnering with landlords to provide long-term housing for people facing homelessness.
Access to Private Rented Housing
Through our Deposit Guarantee scheme, we help people secure private tenancies and support both tenants and landlords to sustain them.
Refugee Support
We offer housing and integration support to refugees and people with no recourse to public funds, helping them rebuild their lives in Plymouth.
Offender Support
We support prison leavers and people on probation to find safe, stable housing—reducing the risk of rough sleeping and reoffending.
