  • This is an opportunity to complete a solo parachute jump and put yourself in control of the skydive. You will have one day of training for the jump. You will make a solo parachute jump from 3,500 feet on the next jumping day. Your parachute will deploy (open) automatically as soon as you leave the aircraft and you will navigate yourself back to the dropzone for landing.

Please be aware that there are more restrictions than tandem skydives, for example maximum age 54, height/weight restriction but it is more fun!

Why jump for us?

30% of Veterans are likely to develop mental health problems from their time in the Armed Forces.
We are the UK's first non-profit organisation training dogs to increase independence and improve quality of life for British ex-servicemen and women with "invisible injuries".
We work with Veterans to train Assistance Dogs and Companion Dogs for the needs of service-related mental health conditions.
Without your generosity we cannot meet the demand to provide these life changing dogs.

About Us

We are the UK's first non-profit organisation training dogs to increase independence and improve quality of life for British ex-servicemen and women with "invisible injuries".
We work with Veterans to train Assistance Dogs and Companion Dogs for the needs of service related mental health conditions. Training is tailored to each individual based on their own specific needs.
It is commonly understood, and accepted, that dogs are wonderful companions who can also provide many psychological and physiological benefits to owners. Dogs engender caring and responsibilities, improve feelings of safety, and help create social bridges in our communities. Those Veterans who may normally live in isolation say they never feel alone when they are with their dog. In addition, all of these benefits come by default.
Veterans With Dogs came about after witnessing ourselves the massive impact that dogs had during treatment for PTSD - and subsequent recovery. This led to extensive research into the amelioration of symptoms and the benefits of working with dogs for trauma related conditions. We have seen the self-worth that Veterans develop when experiencing the positive aspects of dog ownership and the companionship it brings. There is much evidence that confirms the therapeutic value of not only dogs, but also animal contact in general. It is through this medium that we operate as a valid adjunct to therapies, treatments and support services offering conventional medical treatment. Treatment is not what we are about; this must be addressed by other means. We are another layer that compliments other organisations.
