  • This is an opportunity to complete a solo parachute jump and put yourself in control of the skydive. You will have one day of training for the jump. You will make a solo parachute jump from 3,500 feet on the next jumping day. Your parachute will deploy (open) automatically as soon as you leave the aircraft and you will navigate yourself back to the dropzone for landing.

Please be aware that there are more restrictions than tandem skydives, for example maximum age 54, height/weight restriction but it is more fun!

Why jump for us?

Please jump for MACS and help us support children, young people and adults born without eyes, or with underdeveloped eyes, in the UK.

About Us

MACS is the UK's only charity specifically supporting families with children born with Microphthalmia (small underdeveloped eyes), Anophthalmia (no eyes) or Coloboma (cleft of the eye).
MACS acts as a vital lifeline, enabling parents and children to connect with a network of families who are also affected and so understand their experience. MACS also provides families with access to a range of essential resources, and gives these blind and visually impaired children opportunities to participate in activities which encourage them to live their lives to the fullest.
