Deposits/Payments
The deposits and payments are completely non-refundable*. Once the date of your jump is booked you are required to give a minimum of 28 days notice to change this date and an admin fee of £25 per person will be charged.
If less than 28 days notice is given a £50 loss of deposit will apply.
Jumpers who do not show up on the day of their jump / course for any reason will lose their standard deposit of £50(TANDEM) or £100(AFF).

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Gift vouchers are completely non-refundable*.

Restrictions for a Tandem Skydive
The standard upper weight limit is 15 stone / 95 kilos fully clothed.
Please call the office if you are between 15 to 18 stone.
The minimum age is 16 years and there is no upper age limit. If you are aged between 16 and 18 you must obtain a parent or guardians consent. If you have any medical conditions or are aged 40 or above you must consult your GP to sign and stamp the BPA medical form.
These forms are available on request or will be sent to you with confirmation once a booking has been confirmed. Please bring these forms with you on the day of your jump (do not post), without these forms you will be unable to jump and you will lose your deposit.

Promotions
All special promotions at Skydive UK Ltd have limited spaces and are based on a first come, first served basis. If a promotional day has to be postponed, due to the weather, for example, we will offer a new date for the particular promotional activity. If you are unable to take part on this alternative date, you will lose the right to the special offer and will be required to pay our regular prices if you chose to take part on an alternative date to that which we arrange.

Price Guarantee
If you are offered a "like for like" Tandem Skydive or Solo Jump Course cheaper through a third party agent or another skydiving centre within Southern England give us a call and we will discount your jump by a further £10 per person…WE WON’T BE BEATEN ON PRICE!
Applies to booking at another Skydiving Centre in the South West of England. We promise to beat their price by £10. Please note that other centers in the South West may not operate Tandem Skydives from 15,000ft and so there may be an upgrade to jump from 15,000ft as opposed to the altitude quoted by the other centre. Sponsored charity jumps
If you are jumping for charity and wish to recover reimbursement of the non refundable deposit and the cost of the training and the jump, you must raise the minimum of £145 sponsorship money in addition to the cost of the jump as detailed in the information pack.

You must raise the minimum amount of sponsorship as specified by your chosen charity. If you do NOT raise enough you may pay the difference yourself or you will NOT be able to jump and will lose your deposit.

If you raise more than the cost of the jump and the minimum £145 sponsorship for your chosen charity, this additional sponsorship money must be passed on directly to the charity.
If you wish to add any optional extra, i.e. Photos/DVD, you will have to pay for them out of your own money and not sponsorship.

Weather
Should the weather be unsuitable for jumping on the day it is your responsibility to return to the parachute centre on another occasion(s) if necessary, to complete your jump. You must rebook within 90 days of each unsuccessful attempt.

Balances
Balances payable on day of jump become non-refundable*.

Insurance
All jumpers are covered by the British Parachute Association third party Liability Insurance of £2 million.

Medical restrictions
The principal medical restrictions for all jumpers are diabetes, epilepsy, fits, recurrent blackouts, heart or lung disease, mental illness and some cases of asthma, but if you are in any doubt please contact us for further information.

Fitness
You are expected to be of reasonable fitness, but if you are in any doubt please contact us to discuss.

Postponement
We do not accept liability for any costs or expenses incurred if we have to postpone your jump, where the reason for the postponement is beyond our control.

Important notice
Parachuting is an adventure sport and participation in such sports necessarily involves a risk of injury or death regardless of the standard of training, supervision and equipment employed.

"By taking part in parachuting activities I voluntarily accept all the risks inherent in the sport and I agree for myself and my personal representatives to indemnify and hold harmless Skydive UK Ltd against any claim or claims whether on my own account or from third parties arising out of any accident or incident resulting in any loss or damage (including bodily injury and death)."
