  • This is an opportunity to complete a solo parachute jump and put yourself in control of the skydive. You will have one day of training for the jump. You will make a solo parachute jump from 3,500 feet on the next jumping day. Your parachute will deploy (open) automatically as soon as you leave the aircraft and you will navigate yourself back to the dropzone for landing.

Please be aware that there are more restrictions than tandem skydives, for example maximum age 54, height/weight restriction but it is more fun!

Why jump for us?

Jump for Action for A-T, research moves only as fast as funds, and for children with A-T it is a race against time to fund the most promising research projects in time to make a difference.

About Us

Action for A-T was set up by the parents of a child that was diagnosed with Ataxia-Telangiectasia (A-T). A-T is a very complex condition that affects a variety of different systems in the body so research into A-T can also give insights into common conditions like cancer, compromised immune system and lung conditions and health generally.
For many people living with a rare condition such as A-T, sustainable, high quality medical research offers hope for the future. Hope that there will be something that will change the difficulties they face in every day life, hope that the prognosis may be improved and hope that increased interest in A-T will lead to greater understanding of not only this disease but others too.
