Do something amazing... Skydive for charity
Book a Skydive
This is an opportunity to complete a solo parachute jump and put yourself in control of the skydive. You will have one day of training for the jump. You will make a solo parachute jump from 3,500 feet on the next jumping day. Your parachute will deploy (open) automatically as soon as you leave the aircraft and you will navigate yourself back to the dropzone for landing.
Please be aware that there are more restrictions than tandem skydives, for example maximum age 54, height/weight restriction but it is more fun!

Why jump for us?
Please jump for Rowcroft Hospice so we can continue to provide care for those living with life-limiting illnesses and support for their loved ones.
It takes time, compassion, patience, medical expertise and money to help patients and families make the most of every day, but every year we help over 2,000 people living with life-limiting illnesses in South Devon to do just that.
By providing comfort, support and specialist services in our patients' homes, in the community and at our Inpatient Unit in Torquay, we enable families to share precious and joyful moments when they are needed most ? whether it's a beautiful wedding, remarkable reunion, simple thank you or gentle cuddle. At our premises in Torquay, our team of doctors, nurses, social workers and a range of other health and social care professionals provide specialist care in our 12-bed Inpatient Unit.
We also care for out-patients and their loved ones, offering therapies, bereavement support and medical consultation in an environment that helps patients and families make the most of precious time together.
From Dartmouth to Dawlish, we care for ¾ of our patients in their own homes with a team of community nurses, social workers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and bereavement counselors delivering a holistic approach tailored to individual needs.
Last year it cost £8.3 million to provide our services. As an independent charity, more than 70% of our funding comes from the incredible generosity of local people, without whom we would not be able to fund our work. We're determined to make sure every penny raised from your donations continues to help patients and their loved ones make the most of every moment they have together.
Together, we can make every day the best day possible.
